Interesting Model

To whom it may concern:

I am working on a model, and remember a "combine" key may need to be used.  However, I created this model and wanted to have someone to review it to see if this is valid.

My concern is the "dot" in the middle of 4 tables.

NOTE:

StartEndDates - is MIN,MAX Group,

ReportPeriod Type - is 17 rows in it.

PatientEnroll - uses "EnrollmentDTS + PeriodTypeID = need 17 rows for each patient with the different calculation.
