I want a default selection and default load

I have two list box and i am to loading one list on the selection on other list object.Now I want a default selection and default load of these list object on sheet load. I am binding both the list object using expression .

use triggers on open sheet and set up the default selection in the list box.

Actually I am using expression to bind the list box like below

=Aggr(only({<section_name=,full_name=,WeekStart=,WeekEnd=,product_id =,user_id=,section_id=>}section_name),section_id)

Now what would be field and what would search string ?
