Grouping dimension as 'All Other' in pivot table

Hi,

I have a list box (which shows the list of manufacturers) and a pivot table (with dimension as manufacturer and expression as 'sum(sales value)')

Now let's say the user selects certain manufacturers from the listbox, the table should show only those manufacturers and the rest it should group as 'all other'.

Can anyone please tell me if this is possible? If yes how?

Attached is a sample.

Here I have selected three manufacturers (M1, M2, M3).

I want the rest of the manufacturers to be shown as 'All Other' in the pivot table (i.e. there will be a fourth row added saying 'All Other'  and sum as 750)
