Export to excel Error...

Hi all, ... when i  try to export 100,000 records to excel  by useing  ajax  Plug-in  we are seeing the fallowing error (please find attachment).

But when useing IE-Plugin i am able to export the same  to excel.  

Any Help on this would be Appreciated.
