Difference between Qlikview scripting language and SQL

What is the difference between Qlikview scripting language and SQL?

Please explain main differences.

*certain functions available in Qlikview is not available in  SQL and visa versa .

*You cannot combine multiple database in SQL but Qlikview allows that , other than this most of the function works similar in both

Hi

A strange request, but first of in QV we have a scripting language, SQL is a descriptive one. If you mean something other (e.g. transact SQL or PL/SQL) then I'd avoid any comparison at all since there are TOO many of them.

But you can implement same logic at both levels though.

This is not true at all.  SQL can easily be written on multiple databases.
