I started developing a new IS Helpdesk qlikview document based on the qlikview demo, “Helpdesk Management” and I’ve mapped my data to the qvw's expected data load.
However, it doesn’t look right because I don’t have the “Help Desk Management Translations.xlsx” file the demo used to create all the words on the page.
Is there a way I could get the source QVD and XLXS files for the demos? That would REALLY help!!!

I got this from a qlik solution architect:
The approach I would take is this:
1/ Create a new QVW with the HelpDesk app as the source (QlikView File)
2/ Generate the QVD files for each of the TABLEs that are generated. “store MasterCalendar into MasterCalendar.qvd (qvd); “
3/ Modify the original APP (copy it to another name) and modify the source to populate from the generated QVD’s.
4/ Replace the QVD’s that with the data you wish to load.
Does that make sense?
Cheers,
