Data export txt with entries at certain positions

I need to create an export (e.g. via NPrinting), where I get a txt file with certain fields.

It should always start with one field and then the second entry should be at Position 60 and the third one at Position 93.

E.g.

TEST_WORKPLACE1                                              01.11.2018                                  20:50

TEST_WORKPLACE2                                              01.11.2018                                  01:10

TEST_WORKPLACE1                                              02.11.2018                                  10:40

Is there a way to get this done?
