Dashboard shows deleted Dashboards

Hello,

i have the following problem. On the Website "Access point" there are 5 different views from one Dashboard. What should i dwant only the current view?

You need to manually delete the unwanted app from User Documents folder in the server.

just keep only the current app and remove rest from the folder OR rename your current app with a user friendly name like name_current so that it will be easy to identify the app and one more option is to see the Last Updated time in the access point and to identify the latest app

whenever a file is distributed to user documents folder with new name there will be a copy in user document folder.

so we need to delete the unwanted file from the User documents folder that we don't want to see in access point.

Now, i am facing same problem.

See, In my Local machine i have three Qvw's only.

D:\Access\

A.qvw

B.qvw

C.qvw

unfortunately, When ever i tried to get the root folder after that it showing 4 Files

D.qvw ( I don;t know what is this file)

For Access point, It showing three files only like A B C.qvw

I want to delete d.qvw....

Hi guys,

i have solve my problem. It was my fault. In the mountesd folder there was a subfolder "Archiv". I allway put old files for a short time in this Folder. And all the files were displayed on Access point. I copy the folder in a new Directory, so that only productive Dashboard were left. Maybe this Information will solve your problem too.
