Cummulative Sum If with condition

Dear Experts,

We have a Requirement & Stock Table as given below,

Material	Reqmt		Material	Stock
1	10		1	30

We want to achieve results as given below-

Required Results :-

Material	Reqmt	Cummulative Requirement	AvailableStock
1	10	10	30
1	5	15	20
1	20	35	5
2	10	10	10
2	4	14	0
3	10	10	10
4	10	10	0
5	10	10	20

Tried hard but unable to find out the way.

You were correct the in 3'rd Row of AvailableStock the value should be 15.
