Creating a conditional button/object in QlikView

Hello

I'm novice to QlikView. I'd like to create a few objects (preferably icons) so that when I run each, only a certain values of a variable is shown. Example with the attached file would be CAT1_icon, CAT2_icon,..., CAT9_icon that select rows if CAT1>0, CAT2>0, ..., CAT9>0.

Thanks!

I am currently not able to open your excel file, but in general, look into using button objects with Selection - Select in field actions.

For example, create a button with Caption CAT1 and create a Selection - Select in field action with field name

CAT1

and search string

>0

Hi,

Assign an action to button like below

Button Properties-> Actions -> Add -> Selection -> Select in Field-> Field - CAT1

and Search String>0

Hope this helps you.

Regards,

Jagan.
