You can export data in csv file, this work with excel.

If i have field abc formed by conacat(,,), then i want to show it in tabular form like a b c as column in a table format.

You can take the fields a, b, c directly instead of taking ABC (the concatenated one), right? May be I am missing something, can you explain with a sample data?

Hi,

As discussed above i am sending field 'abc' formed in script like concat(,,) in mail through alert option.

the field in mail is coming like..

EX

abc,xyx,xyz
abc,xyx,xyz

abc,xyx,xyz

it is coming in list form. i want it to come in tabular form as in attachment.
