Conditional formatting of a cell in straight table

Hi All,

I want to color the portion of the background of a cell in a straight table based on values. Suppose if the displayed value is 50%  then half of the cell should be colored and rest half should be white. Is this possible.

Two color in single cell is not possible...

Don't see it to be possible.
