There should be the ability for a user to select a single Contract Date. The contact date should be a list of months and years which are the same 24 months and years that are in the current payer performance application. When a user selects a Contract Date, the data should filter to the Contract date minus one month or the Contract date minus one month is the quarterly view is selected. For example, if the user selects January 2010 the charts and tables on the page should start at December 2009. If using a quarterly view, if the user selects January 2010 the charts and tables on the page should start at October 2009. The contract date needs to be saved with any bookmarks.
