[ASK] can't load qvd from network shared folder

Hello QV Developer

i have a problem that i can not load a qvd from network shared folder

i have 2 machine (A and B)

my source data is in B->QVD

i've give permission for QVD folder to be readable by A

i have some QVD files in that QVD folder (ex. 1,2,3,4)

i create a QVW file in A and load from \\B\QVD\

i able to load QVD 1,2, and 3

but not QVD 4

reloading is just stuck and stop doing nothing

Elapsed time stop clicking

i've checked task manager and CPU usage is only between 00-05, Memory usage is stuck in 1gb

i've tried to load QVD 4 from A, and have no problem

why is this happening?

anyone have clue?

many thx

Go to Settings - Document Properties - General Tab

tick Generate Logfile option...

Now Reload the file.... this will create a Logfile in txt format in same folder your application is....

Read this file and try to find whether any problem is there or not...

How big  is the data set. I mean QVD Size. If its huge file some times it's happen. Even i face the same probelm.

What i did is, I kept that qvd script is first.  I mean loaded the data first from whichever getting the error. It got resolve. If still persisting the problem share me screenshot of error.

If you see any permission related errors in the log file, try giving 'Full Control' instead of Read access and then load the QVW.
