Maintenance expired but looking to upgrade to a version before expiry

Hi,

Our Qlikview maintenance expired on the 31/03/2024, we are looking to upgrade to a version that was released on the 20/03/2024 but are getting the following warnings: "installation is restricted to unlicensed mode with limited functionality.".

We were told by our account manager this wouldn't be an issue to upgrade to versions before this end date?

Hi @Qlik1983,

Please check the QVS license you currently have applied in QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > QlikView Server License tab. Is the date on the PRODUCTLEVEL provision the same as 31/03/2024? Or is it an earlier date? If earlier, try clicking the Update License From Server button to ensure your QVS instance is using the current QVS license. Then try performing the upgrade.

The license has the 31/03/2024 on it, we are trying to upgrade to a version of the 20/03/2024 which we have technically paid for as we were licensed up until the 31/03. Can you please assist?

Have you also checked the Publisher license?
