Typically this error is returned when attempting to lease a license for the QlikView Desktop client from QlikView Server if one of the product build versions is May 2023 and the other product is an earlier build version. Or, if port 4747 isn't open on the computer preventing communication from QlikView Desktop to QlikView Server.
