Error: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully.

Error: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully.

As the above error log appears, the task fails frequently.

I'm not sure which part to check.
Can you figure out the cause?
We collect logs of related apps and share them as files.

If possible, please let me know!

@qwebnm

You will have to check the document logs. There you can follow the reload step by step and see where it fails.

Document log has to be activated in the document.

Hi @qwebnm,

If document logging is enabled, it will be stored in the same directory in which the QVW file is housed with a naming convention of  <QVWname>.log. If document logging is not enabled, you will need to open the QVW file in QlikView Developer, click Settings > Document Properties > General tab and ensure the Generate Logfile checkbox is ticked. Then run the reload task so that the document log is generated.

Refer to Qlik Knowledgebase article How To Enable QlikView Document Reload Log for more details.  Typically you would consult the document log of a QVW if a reload task fails with error "Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully", or to compare time to complete reload between different reload tasks.

Hi,
Please check the source file extension which you're using in the qliksense script.
Load the excel once again and reload the app the issue will be resolved.
