I have a few questions regarding the deployment of a qlikview file.
As I know the deployment process must be as this one if we want the file to be reloaded automatically on the server:
1/Copy file in the server
2/Schedule the file opening
à if the Document AutoLoad is ticked on the management console, just opening the file should normally lauch the script and the load, right ??
Regarding this, do the server need to have a Qlikview Developer licence for itself or is it already in the server licence package?
As I will schedule tasks using the windows scheduler, does anyone has an exemple of a bat file doing the following:
- open file in qlikview
- wait the end of the load
- save the file and close it
