Data lost after loading with new server

Hello,

I just build a new qlikview server with version november 20.

The old one is still running, so I didn't put the licence on yet.

I followed the procedure to migrate and it works... so I'm testing the documents.

The one that creates .qvd works but the .qvw that shows the data doesn't show anything.

I executed the .qvw with the Qlikview Desktop and it loads and show the data, but the one generated by the server is empty (no data at all, control+t shows no tables, even if it's 30.000 Kb)

I'm trying to check the logs but they are huge... but the last 50 lines are just the same, and in fact both show a Syntactic key I must fix, so there must be data...

Any idea? I just can't understand it. May be due to server lacking the license?

Hello,

As you mentioned, I would start by putting a license. Is is the license for the QVS, QDS  or both that is missing? Perhaps you could request for a test license while you are making sure the new environment performs as expected.

It's interesting tough as your description suggest that you get a script logs in the new environment.

Hope this helps!
