Hi @Mou1 and @Susmit ,
I tested this on it 12.60 SR2 with a multibox and it works fine.

We did have some issues with the multibox and the right-click menu in 12.60 IR and SR1. In particular, a defect with ID QV-22450. It was fixed in SR2.
The symptoms were slightly different, as the right-click menu did not appear at all in our reproduced scenarios, but it might have the same root cause.
I'd suggest that you upgrade to SR2 to see if the issue is still present.

Cheers!

Hi,

This option seems to be enabled for us already attached screenshot for the same, the weird part is we have this issue in only one platform.

Hello @Susmit, what would you mean only in one platform? Do you mean you only have the issue in one environment? Thank you!

Hi Patricia,

Yes, this issue is only in one environment. In the desktop version we get the option to copy cell value, but not in the accesspoint.

Hello @Susmit, do you see any error message in developer tools (pressing F12) in console part? If so, which one?

Hello @Susmit, right, then have you checked that "Allow Server Objects" is enabled in the environment where it is failing?

  1. Open the QlikView Management Console
  2. Go to System
  3. Open Setup
  4. Select your QlikView Server
  5. Navigate to Documents
  6. Locate Allow Server Objects and check the checkbox
  7. Click Apply

Hi Silva,

We have already tried this option.

When we checked the Allow Server Objects checkbox then we can see the copy cell value option but application is getting stuck and this copy cell value option is missing for the multibox.

Regards,

Mou

Hi @Mou1 !
Are users experiencing this using a professional license? Or an analyzer one? We had limitations around this for analyzer users, but they should have been removed in May 2021 IR.
