I'm looking for an email point of contact at Qlikview that can assist...
My company use Qlikview for reporting. We are currently undergoing an assessment for Cyber Essentials +, which requires us to remove access to the internet from our Qlikview server and instead install the licence locally.
To do this I'm following the below guide:

My challenge is that the team that initially set up our account/service have long since left the business and so we don't know the QlikID, password or even email address associated with the service. I need to resolve that - but am unsure how.
Can anybody assist, please?
