failed to render error message

hi,

I am getting the below error while trying to generate the preview of sheet object.

any suggestions will be highly appreciated to fix this error.

Following solutions
1. Ensure you are running NP may 2022 SR 4 or higher

2. If point 1 is already in place, do: fully uninstall and reinstall the NP designer and the MS Office. Do MS Office first then NP designer

3. If the above doesn't solve, then do this article. NPrinting Designer preview fails or other template... - Qlik Community - 1782144

 

If none of the above solves it, then start a support case.

Hi,

I suggest you to refresh the connection cache, close and re-open the Qlik NPrinting Designer and do a Check Entities

to be sure all objects used in the template are still available on the source app.
