Qlik NPrinting || On demand report published app - connection required to be created by each user

Hi All,

          We have created an app with the on-demand report button. And we published the app.

           But, when a new user who is given user role in NPrinting tries to access the on-demand button, for the first time, he/she has to do the set up again ie. connection to the server, selecting report etc.

           Are we missing some settings here so that each user who tries to access one demand button does not have to do the whole set up again for the first time?

          Let us know your thoughts.

This has been solved by making the site secured with SSL certificate.
