NPrinting Report or Email encryption

Can we encrypt a report in NPrinting?Or encrypt emails for NP?

Hi @SDVz 

1 - your version of NPrinting went out of support - make sure you are on up to date version

2 - you can put passwords on reports as documented: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/Repo...

3 - NPrinting uses SMTP of your choice to send email - so check with your smtp provider if your emails can be encrypted. Details of SMTP configuration from NPrinting side are here and if your smtp allows for encryption this can be configured: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up-emai...

@SDVz yes keep in mind that nPrinting is simply an email client, so it doesn't have native encryption, but like Lech was saying check with the SMTP server.
