NPrinting 18 - starting and stopping services

I've read the documentation on how to change the debug level of the NP log files, but it doesn't specifically mention if the services have to be restarted in a certain order.  And I couldn't find any info in the Community regarding starting and stopping NP services in any particular order.  Does anyone know if order matters, and if so what is it?  Thanks.

According to the link above, here's a quick look at what is in the June 2017 file.  (I'm assuming the order is still valid for April 2018.)  And I find this interesting...the order is not simply the reverse of services between a start and stop.

To start:
