Hi
I have a job scheduled in NPrinting that was working fine creating output and emailing recipients however it has stopped working. It is looking like it is running fine opening the QV dashboards and creating output but there is no output and no email to recipients being generated.
Nothing has changed in how it was configured to when it was working.
Any help appreciated

What happens if you create a second report and job. Does it work? Just to understand if it's a general problem or one just for that specific job.

Also remember that the NPrinting server must have a dedicate NP service account. For more information about this, check https://support.qlik.com/articles/000033911
The most common reason for what you are experience is that the NP service account has lost its QV user CAL. The above articles assist to check and resolve the issue.
