Inconvenient Nprinting reloads

Good day,
Please help with the following.
A new sheet has been added to a report in Qlik View, I have scheduled a daily refill from Nprinting, these recharges are apparently done well since the log does not present an error.
On the other hand, I have a task that generates and sends reports, today I realized that the information on the last sheet that was added to the report did not print any data, although we know that there is data.
The funny thing is that if I do a manual recharge this sheet if you bring me information.
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening, or what do you suggest I do?

I appreciate your support, because in view of this I had to start manually executing the tasks.

Hi,

Please always specify the version of Qlik NPrinting you are using, and, if you add a log files, add the original text file so we can search in it. Thanks.

So you added a new sheet in a QlikView document used in a Qlik NPrinting connection. In that sheet there are some objects used in the Qlik NPrinting templates?

If you don't see the data in the created reports you have also to check the filters.

Do you have errors in the task execution page or in the logs?
