Can NPrinting be managed by more than one User for a company that have more than one division?

My IT department has decided to have sole access to NPrinting. I need to know if NPrinting can be "sectionalized" so that my division can have kind of own world to schedule and manage NPrinting actions.

Or must It be Centralized

I have moved your Post from Qlik SAAS forum to the NPrinting Community.

NPrinting is not designed by default as a multi-tenant platform if that is what you are referring to. 

However, NPrinting can be managed by more than one User for a company that have more than one division.

You may do so by creating different NPrinting roles or each environment or department and assign different users for each role:

For example:

Dept1.

• Create an NPrinting Administrators Custom Role (use the default administrators role as a template)
• Assign NP Apps to the NP admin for the Custom role
• Add NP users to the Custom NP admin role
• Create an NP Users Custom Role  (use the default "User" role as a template)
• Create and Assign NP users to the custom 'NP User' role

Repeat for each Dept.

The above example is VERY general and may or may not meet your specific requirement but it could be a starting point to achieving your desired result.
