Error While Applying Licensed Key in QMC

Hi,

we are not able to apply the license key in QMC, while applying it we are getting below error.Please help us.

Hello Catlikesbest@Ediyakula,

Ensure that the license key and control number you’re entering are correct and match the version of QlikView Server you’re using.
Verify if the license has expired and renew it if necessary.
The service account should be a member of the local Administrators and/or the QlikView Administrators security groups. If you’ve recently added the account to these groups, make sure the changes are reflected in the Operating System.
Confirm that the QlikView Server is available and running without issues.
Review the QlikView Management Service logs for any clues as to why the error is occurring. The default log location is %ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log.
Ensure that the local SERVER name matches the QVS@SERVER name in QMC.
Check if the license is already in use elsewhere in your network. You can use the QvsDetector tool from the PowerTools package to verify this.

Just to confirm, you are using QlikSense with a Signed license key, correct?

Does the same message come up if you click "refresh"? Have you restarted the Qlik Sense server?
