qlik application automation & reporting service limits

Hi,

According to the Qlik pricing details, 5000 automations and 100 reports are included per month in Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription.

What does this mean?

- 5000 automation jobs per month?

- 100 generated reports or 100 automation jobs that include a reporting block?  If for example sending out a personalised report to multiple users with 1 automation job, does this count as 1 report or as report x numnber of recipients?

- Is there a way to follow-up/monitor the amount of automation jobs/reports used per month?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @rlesage ,

The automation jobs per month limit is counted across all automation runs in your tenant. Regardless of their run mode(manual, scheduled, triggered, webhook, API) and including test runs.

The report limit is counted for every generated report (=execution of the Generate Report block). If you execute this block only once in an automation and then send the report to multiple people, this counts as 1 report and 1 automation. If you execute this block multiple times in the same automation, this will count as multiple reports and 1 automation.

Update: consumption metrics are now available on the Home page of the management console. More detailed information about your personal automations is available through My Automations view in the waffle menu. We're working on bringing this view to tenant admins as well, until then, they can use this app to track automation runs across the tenant: automations usage app.

Kind regards,
Emile
