Turning off Sliding animation when moving to next sheet

Dear Qlik Community,

 

Recently  I've upgraded my QlikView to 12th version.

After that two issues I'm facing.

1. Whenever I'm opening new sheet inside a QVW or while opening a new QlikView Dashboard all my charts are slowly opening with a sliding animation.

2.If is there any minor error in script level and while showing warning  on script running, In Older version we shall Click "OK" and proceed with the running. But the same is not possible here.

 

Do we have any resolution for these issues?
