Syntax for Importing Filter through the user import excel for nprinting

What should be the syntax for the Below Filter in the User Import Excel?

I need to have dates before 'Jan-2024' which are present in the field [MasterMonthYear].
[MasterMonthYear] is in the format 'MMM-YYYY'.

In which Column do i need to add this filter. In Formulas column or in Advanced Search column in user import excel?
