upgrading on premise from Feb 2018 to Aug 2023

Hello,

I need to upgrade an on-premise Qlik Sense from Feb 2018 to Aug 2023.

I know sometimes that a direct upgrade will not work.

Can someone please provide the upgrade steps required to upgrade from Feb 2018 to Aug 2023 including the versions.

Also should I remove the Soft Delete Records?

Should I upgrade to  Nov 2020 First as an intermediate step and make sure everything works?

Support only .NET framework 4.8 or higher. Must upgrade to November 2020 first. This version also requires Visual C++ 2019 distributable package.

Yes , the during upgrade process it will throw warning for Postgre SQL upgrade ; so prefer to upgrade it first before Aug 2023 upgrade.

Yes upgrade Postgresql before Aug 2023 upgrade and all good.
