hi question regarding the transfer /extract of dashboard to another Qlick deskstop user

I have created a dashboard with my Qlik desktop. Is  there a method to extract and email a dashboard that I have created and send it to another user that have Qlik desktop too?

You can send the QVF file.To locate the file, click on the i ( as in info) button on the dashboard icon tile within the Qliksense desktop hub.
