Stop users from making selections in charts

Hi Qlik Community

I would like to create an app where users cannot make selection's by clicking in objects.
It should only be possible for users to make selections with the provided filter pane objects.
I remember being able to do this in QlikView but I cannot find the option in Sense.

Any help is appreciated.

There is a new 'layout container' object that adds/returns design features that include overlay. You can overlay invisible objects making it impossible to select in certain areas of the sheet.

So @JonnyPoole, it has just been a hiatus where I have not had to have customers confusing themselves by overlaying invisible objects and then forgetting that they had done it.

This was not a helpful feature of QlikView - but I can see that there are use cases where you might want to do it.

with layout container we can achieve your requirement,but if you are not using latest qsesen then not possible.
