Range value in Bar chart - Legend

Hi All,

Could you please help me with the below requirement. I have Score as measure and based on range I have defined the colors in the bar chart.

But in the Legend, instead of getting 2 value for Red, I should get a range (same for green and amber as well) . something like below

Could any one help me to achieve this.
