Qlik Sense Server ability to publish to any stream

Hi all,

For Qlik Sense server administration role we have created a BI Admin Role.  The BI Admin Role includes the Stream resource, however when trying to publish any app only Everyone stream appears.

Not sure where should I apply the fix. We are currently on Jun 2020 Qlik Sense server. Does anybody can suggest what should I do so the publish to all other stream will be enables. Thanks in advance....

That should put you in the right spot where you may be able to find what you need, I am no security rule guru unfortunately.
