Qlik Sense Analyzer Capacity usage

Hello,

I am a little confused about the Analyzer Capacity license usage.

I have found a link Qlik Sense for administrators Help but one image caught my attention.

Isn't that support to be 24 min?

Or does the block start when the request is made?

Can anyone explain this scenario?

In the 3rd scenario, the user clicked at minute 8 but then not again until minute 17.

The click in minute 1  forced a consumption of 6 minutes from minute 1 up to and including minute 6, and the click in minute 7 forced another consumption of 6 minutes up to and including minute 12.  But the next click was not until minute 17, at which point another block of 6 minutes is charged from minute 17 up to and including minute 22. So its 3 blocks as follows:

minute 1-6  ->  6 mins

minute 7-12 -> 6 mins

minute 17-22 -> 6 mins

Just focus on when each new block starts. It only starts when the user click AND only when the previous block has expired , but you are never charged retroactively back to when the previous block ended.

Hi,

Once you log in, 6 minutes are deducted directly from your capacity, even if the user was only logged in for one minute. If you use it for 7 minutes, 12 minutes will be deducted, and so on.

but i am Not 100% sure here.

best regards Son

@JonnyPoole that's an amazing explanation.

I get it now - the next block starts not when the previous block ends. It also depends on whether an interaction with an app has been made.
