Need to show a single value in the filter pane when multiple values were selected in another filter

Hi Everyone,

We have an below requirement. For example we have filter PRODUCT which contains values of A,B,C,D & E. I need to create Filter Pane with Field Product. Then it will show all the Values in the product. I need to create one more filter at the bottom of the sheet which shows all the product values but it have to show only single values to be selected.

For example If user selects A,B& C values in the product filter then in another filter of product it have to show Only A,B,C values and A should be selected. Below is the screenshot for reference

and this should be alphabetical order. If the user selects B&C only then in another filter it have to show B and A& C should show in Grey color and in the 2nd filter should be only one site selectable.

Is there any way to execute this functionality? Please let me know
