If you do not have access you can use this to create or contact the Support team either with a Support case or a newly introduced Live chat;

How to create a case and contact Qlik Support 

Note: You can create a case only if you have a valid or associated Qlik Account. For further queries use Support page to chat with the Support Agent using the Help button.

Better you go to Support Portal and log a ticket for the same.
