Joining Tables without loops

I have two tables PRODUCTIVITY_HOURS and MI_REPORT and I am happy that they are joined by composite Key (EMPLOYEE_NUMBER & DATE_WORKED). However I have another table. DISTRICTDESC that has two columns JOB_CODE which links to PRODUCTIVITY_HOURS and District that links to MI Report. However Qliksense will not let me link them? What am  I doing wrong?

You don't want to keep circular references in your data model, you need to decide where in the data model you want to keep the District dimension. Remove or rename the District that you don't want.
