IF Year from Data A = Year from Data B, then sum

I have 2 Data Connection which I dont want to connect by date. 

Connection A:
Year_A
Sales
Customer_ID

Connection B:
Year_B
Income
Customer_ID

I need the Sum of Income in a chart where Year_A is the dimension. The year of A and B are the same, but I can't connect them. Is there an expression?

If you data is connected using Customer_ID.... What does Sum(Income) give you? If that is not right, then may be you need Sum(If(Year_A = Year_B, Income))
