Date formatting issue while storing the data into QVD
Hi guys,
I have a function called logupdate and I have two layers, data model and frontend. when the DM finishes I call the function and create the Updated.qvd, but in FE when I read and concatenate with the previous value the DM time changes the format to numbers but in the data model I have the stamp date and time correctly. I don't know why when I read and store it again the format is lost.
Are you using Num/Max any kind of operation with your field. Check by surrounding your expression with Date() or Timestamp(). Date has both text and num parts so somewhere you are losing the text part of the field.
Share more info on how you are dealing with this field in the expression to understand more on this problem.
