Date format to MM/YYYY (Month year)

Hi need help in below Date format conversion 

Change the following Date format   1087560:00:00  to MM/YYYY

Is it a null value that has been considered as a date & hence throwing a garbage value ?

Date(floor(num#('1087560:00:00')), 'MM/YYYY')
