Customer Churn Trouble with % percentage

Dear Users,

I ask for your wise advice, I am conducting a study of permanence or churn of clients from a gym. I managed to replicate the sample of the data in a certain way to be able to analyze the number of months they have been subscribed, achieving a graph that determines their behavior in a decreasing way.

My problem is when I apply filters to the data, it is filtered by the percentage value of the total number of clients, but it does not do so from the total filtered, causing the graph not to maintain a structure that always starts from 100%.

If you have a suggestion of how the data should be loaded or how the denominator should be calculated, I am all ears. I attach the qvf with the qvd and the images of how it behaves and how it should arrive.

Thank you so much for reading.

Hi Jorge,

I've checked your application, you have an issue with the data model.

You link both tables by the Month_Year field, this key is too 'wide', for this reason, selections in ENTRY, WITH_PT and WITH_DIET don't affect MONTH_TOTAL field.

I've changed key between tables.

Please check the attached file.

Vitalii,

Thank you very much for looking at my problem loading the data, the generated key that seamlessly joins both tables is the solution that I could not reach.

I would also like to thank you for the time and effort to share the knowledge to find this particular solution.

Best regards,

Jorge
