Aligning value labels horizontally on a bar chart

Soooo... It really bothers me that sometimes value labels on bar charts are aligned vertically and it is extremely painful to read them. Is there any option to change alignment to horizontal?

Did you find any solution for this ? Can't seem to find a way to do this , and vertical labels make the chart look bad!
