Apps not opening from Mobile

Hello,

Recently we upgrade from QlikSense Enterprise may 2022 to nov 2023 (Patch 7).

I can open the apps on desktop, but from mobile it's stuck on a white screen. 

This problem appears on both iOS and Android.

It's a knows issue for this version?

The issue was solved by adding the public domain on the cloudflare whitelist.
