Add Total Row to extension 2 Dimensional Heatmap

I love the extension 2 Dimensional Heatmap: http://branch.qlik.com/#!/project/56728f52d1e497241ae6983e

But I also need a total row at the top of the rows. Does anyone know how to change the .js in order to implement it?

I don‘t understand how this is working...
