"One or more of the files affected by the patch could not be changed"

I'm trying to apply #Patch 16 to #Qlik #Sense November 2021 P1 but there's no chance to apply it eve if I restart the server or put the services in manual mode.  The error is:"One or more of the files affected by the patch could not be changed"

Hello @fmarvnnt,

does it provide more information on what file it was or when the installer started to rollback?

I recall in the past somehow some file was hidden and made the installer to fail, not saying is this, but could be a lead.

Qlik Sense NOV 2021 P1 is working fine after automatic rollback of patch setup.

Hello @fmarvnnt,

Did you check with the process monitor that indeed the file storytelling.06f04fd8635176c14222.css.gz is not locked by another software, like an antivirus?

Did you also check that is not hidden?

Did you try to run a repair before upgrading or even removing the patch to be back to the major release with no patch and afterwards trying to upgrade again?

Thank U Alberto,  We tried repair or installation of a major release with negative results.  We did not check the antivirus or similar..

..I let you know.
