User-Login-Information in QlikCloud

Hi, i am searching a way to get information about the login of users in QlikCloud.

Like these app but on QlikCloud-Deployment:
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2023/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployA...

Is there a way to get any information about the Last login of the users?

Hi @Danri94

There are some community supported monitoring apps which will help - in particular, the entitlement analyzer. This app will give you information about when users logged in, which entitlements they have, and which apps they accessed.

Hi @Danri94 , as @DaveChannon mentioned, the entitlement analyzer app is very useful and is probably what you are looking for.

You can also check the Events section of the Management Console, and filter for Event Type --> com.qlik.user-session.begin

Or you can use the audits API calls or the qlik-cli.

Hi Daniele,

Our user log information is inaccurate. This is how we retrieve it -  Management Console, and filter for Event Type --> com.qlik.user-session.begin

Any workaround?

Hi @terecsl ,

what is "inaccurate" exactly? I see a screenshot of the License Monitor app (which only gathers client-managed related information by querying the Qlik Sense Repository), so it's difficult for me to understand that.

Hi Daniele,

The users log in everyday but when we look at the user log information, we see last log in as 10 April 2024 but they just logged in today.

Thanks

Hi @terecsl ,

please reach out to support linking this discussion and adding all the information: username, tenant name, screenshots, and also the export of https://YOURTENANT.REGION.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/audits (you will ned to be authenticated on the tenant first).

Then we can have a look!
